Woke up on a Sunday morning to a warm refrigerator. Left a message for Apex Appliance and within 30 minutes received a call back. Repairman Gary, offered to come by in 1 hour on a Sunday morning. Gary was honest, reliable and quick to determine the problem VERY PLEASED!

Gary's work was exceptional. He went over and above to solve the problem with our washer. We highly recommend him.

When the repair didn’t work after a few days, which he warned could happen, he immediately came back and even gave us a refund which he didn’t have to do. Gary was very responsive to my request to install a propane gas line for a new dryer. He called me promptly and continued to follow up as the project progressed. I was very pleased with Gary’s work and recommend him to others.

Very good, although the news wasn’t good for the dryer. But that wasn’t his fault. He pointed out that it was not installed properly which led to the heating element failing.

Gary was the greatest!! Came out to repair our refrigerator same day I called. Identified the problem, and repaired in about a half hour. He saved us from being taken advantage of. We thought we would need a whole new fridge, but the repair made it like new again . Did I mention the price? Way less than the big box store where we bought it. And they wanted US to show proof that we bought it there. They couldn't even come for a repair for at least 3 weeks. So glad we found Apex Appliance repair.
